In addition to cleaning chemicals,  SPM we evaluate vacuums, mopping systems and microfiber cloths that are not only efficient, but remove soil rather than just spreading it around or making it airborne.


Benefits of using microfiber cloths and mops:

• Microfibers are much more absorbent than conventional cotton cloths, and can absorb over 7 times their own weight in water.
• Despite being super absorbent, microfibers dry in 1/3 the time of ordinary cleaning cloths and mops. The result is fewer streaks and less chance of slip/fall accidents from wet floors when using microfiber flat mops.
• Microfibers are lint-free and non-abrasive.
• When using microfibers, chemical usage is reduced or eliminated. This decreases the chance of spills or other chemical related accidents.
• Microfibers come in a variety of colors, which makes it easy to color-code the cloths for certain tasks. Using color-coded microfibers for different jobs helps to eliminate cross contamination.
• Microfiber mop pads and cleaning cloths can be laundered and reused hundreds of times. Depending on your particular cleaning situation, you may be able to reuse your microfibers up to several years resulting in substantial savings.
• Microfibers cloths and mop pads are much more effective than conventional cloths and mops in removing bacteria from smooth surfaces.
• By using microfibers you can dramatically reduce your chemical use, as little or no cleaning chemical is needed.

Green Clean Steam Vapor Cleaning Systems

The water is placed in a sealed boiler and heated until it gets to the right temperature. No chemicals are used in the cleaning for you. These systems heat tap water to an extremely high temperature so that the water forms a fine, dry mist.  In the past few years new models of steam vapor machines have been introduced into the marketplace for the health and safety.
